Significant improvements were made while retaining the original feel and character of the truck.
Major upgrades include:
200TDI engine
6 speed manual transmission (100k miles), new frame, new suspension, new electric etc.
Everything below the body was removed, evaluated and either replaced or sand blasted and re-painted.
Kilmat sound deadner was added to reduce road and engine noise.
In addition new carpets were installed and any rusted panels on the bottom of the body were replaced.
Wasco Diesel Heater was installed for additional cabin heat.
