Salary range into six figures but ideal $ target from $80K to $90K.
MARKETING MANAGER Outstanding opportunity to create and execute marketing strategies to position differentiated technologies in the field of energy management systems and storage.
Help lead an aggressive and entrepreneurial team as part of a rapid-growth company, serving the need for reliable and cost effective power in distributed energy and utility markets throughout the world.
Responsible for prospect/customer focused marketing strategy and execution of aligned programs and initiatives to position the product and service offerings of the company, including awareness and education programs designed to identify, prioritize and transition prospective customers in the earliest stages of the sales process.
Responsible for market research, customer insight, web strategy, social media, conferences and trade shows and creative direction of marketing materials, including success stories, premise videos, product marketing, branding, corporate image and standards.
PRIMARY Responsibilities:
Develops marketing strategy integrated with growth objectives and executes aligned programs and initiatives to position product and service offered.
Works closely with sales, engineering and product development to understand the product family marketing strategy and business goals, target customers, industry trends, competitive advantages, and overall communications needs Extensive contacts and experience in effectively outsourcing and managing various marketing and communications agencies, capabilities and initiatives as appropriate Plans, creates and produces print and online product and application sales collateral, including success stories, white papers, premise videos, product marketing, etc Ensures website and social media are effectively utilized to ensure consistent market awareness In collaboration with sales, engineering and product development, creates and manages annual calendar of marketing communications plans and events participation Manages and develops education and communication plans for target markets, in alignment with activities to support and deliver business objectives Provides quarterly review of programs, including reporting of key metrics Develops and implements integrated marketing communication plans using the most effective mix of channels and media to support new product launches, sales promotions, events, and other sales/marketing programs Effectively translates product information into content that is informative, relevant, and engaging to the target market Performs market research and analysis to assess market opportunities and channel performance Develops and assists in driving strategically focused growth programs and marketing strategies in international, national and regional and account strategies Assists in organizing all aspects of new product launches leveraging the expertise of a cross-functional team Works across lines of business to determine optimal strategies and annual marketing budget Leads press release drafting and process works collaboratively with executive team and investor relations firm as appropriate Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% IDEAL BACKGROUND AND
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or closely related field Minimum 15 years of proven experience as a communications specialist, a creative manager or equivalent position in a marketing environment, preferably in a diversified, global, high tech environment Brand and channel management experience within renewable energy, power electronics, energy storage and international markets Proven track record of developing and executing effective integrated marketing communication strategies, and ensuring metrics are utilized to determine value of future programs Knowledge in new marketing trends, various marketing vehicles and channels to market Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling and reporting Solid creative knowledge with ability to distil complexity to simple messaging Proactive mindset that is passionate about their work and enjoys owning results and outcomes

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
