Essential Functions

?Test and examine boiler operations, observing meter and pressure gauges; conduct boiler water quality test and treatment; adjust boiler burner combustion

?Install, maintain, repair, replace and rebuild heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air-conditioning motors, pumps, fans, and other equipment

? Install and calibrate systems; install copper tubing and repair pipes and tubing as necessary; test joints and insulate piping; flush boilers, descale tubing; rebuild water pumps

?Maintain proper refrigerant levels in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems add and/or recover refrigerant as needed

?Maintain required documentation for refrigerant use and recovery per Federal and State regulations

? Install, maintain, repair, replace and rebuild fans, motors, thermostats, fuses, filters, bearings, valves, controls, gaskets and other equipment as necessary

? Install, maintain, repair, replace and rebuild pneumatic air compressors, valves, actuators and associated controls

?Install, maintain, repair, replace and rebuild mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and electronic controls associated with HVAC equipment, to include Air Handlers, Chillers, Boilers, exhaust fans, refrigeration and air conditioning systems

? Maintain related records concerning time, labor and materials; maintain log of tasks performed and write reports as required

? Perform other duties as assignedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
