ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
o Inspects buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair making notes and recommendations

o Performs minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools

o Repairs and maintains HVAC and other air handling equipment (e.g. replacing valves, air filters, belts, motors, pumps and associated controls)

o Performs plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of drains, faucets, toilets, unclogging of drains and similar devices, etc.)

o Performs painting, carpentry and masonry work (e.g. preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks and handles, etc.)

o Reconfigures, installs and positions offices and other spaces (e.g. furniture, wall panels, work surfaces, storage bins, lighting, file cabinets, etc.) to accommodate user needs using various hand, power and specialty tools, dollies and hand trucks

o Prepares surfaces and paints various structures and equipment to preserve wood and metal parts from corrosion and maintain a safe, comfortable working environment

o Order parts and maintain required documents

o Performs other maintenance duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager

o Working knowledge of OSHA regulations of workplace safety
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
