) Willing to access and perform minor tasks on roofs Perform preventative maintenance Adept at readying apartments for move-in and showings Install appliances and equipment Occasionally assist the Grounds Worker with general grounds work Promptly report apartment issues found while performing duties Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, state and federal laws (OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, etc.
