- Provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals in need - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals - Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions - Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Qualifications:
- Must have CBRF Certifications - Experience in senior care, Dementia or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred - Ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals - Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and dietary restrictions - Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects as necessary - Familiarity with home care, assisted living, or memory care practices is a plus - CBRF certifications thru Wisconsin or willingness to obtain certification We are seeking caring individuals who are dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
