We serve the frail and elderly, physically disabled, terminally ill and those suffering from Dementia and Alzheimer's.

Activities coordinators are involved with all the aspects of choosing, planning, and carrying out activities and events for residents including both one to one activity as well as group sessions.
They help make these activities a safe and enjoyable experience, and often, they're also involved with training and guiding other activities with caregivers.
To do well in this position, you need strong communication skills because you work directly with residents and other facility staff daily.
The career also requires prior experience working with disabled individuals or the elderly.
Activities Coordinator duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage our activities calendar Organize on-site activities and events Encourage resident and visitor participation Confirm bookings or reservations as needed Ensure a safe and fun environment for all participants Qualifications & Requirements:

years of caregiving experience in a facility setting Med Passer and/or Lead experience preferred CBRF or CNA Certification Required High School Diploma or GED Knowledgeable of issues related to supervision of staff On Call Availability Job Type:
