The Customer Service Representative's primary responsibility will be to support our Account Managers in efficiently managing paperwork and administrative tasks related to customer orders.
You will be a crucial part of ensuring that Serigraph meets and exceeds our customers' demands.
Customer Service Representative Essential Job Functions Entering orders Managing customer and production schedules Generating documentation for reorders, reviewing production reports, and handling similar customer and account-related paperwork Streamlining product delivery and coordinating shipments Confirming purchase orders and managing schedule adjustments Engaging in written and verbal communication with internal and external customers, sales representatives, and Operations regarding customer orders Ensuring compliance with environmental practices and proper materials handling and disposal Supporting Serigraph's current quality management system and mastering the use of SPECS.
Willingness to travel to customer locations Effective communication with customers, operations, and sales representatives Meeting and maintaining margin expectations Efficient control of customer inventory levels Customer Service Secondary Duties and Responsibilities Providing assistance in sales-related activities as required Carrying out additional tasks as delegated Proficiently interpreting and understanding blueprints Utilizing various measuring tools for layouts and product inspections Demonstrating computer literacy Qualifications required for the Customer Service Representative Role Familiarity with departmental and company safety, housekeeping, and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols Proficiency in inputting essential data into the Titan system Capability to comprehend and interpret job tickets effectively Possession of fundamental knowledge of Serigraph manufacturing processes Preference for experience with computers and CRT systems Comprehension of departmental procedures and policies A high school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
