You will be professionally answering phone calls, determining purpose of calls, scheduling appointments, working with patient accounts and assisting clients with the highest level of confidentiality.
Office & computer experience required.
Hours are Mondays, Wednesdays 8:
00 am-4:
30 pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:
00am-6:
30pm and Fridays 8:
30am-5:
00pm in our West Bend office.
Looking for the candidate to be flexible to flex Tuesdays and Thursdays and work 11:
30am-8:
00pm shift as needed.
Job Duties:
Answer multi-line phone system Screen calls and transfer to voicemail system to the appropriate person Schedule appointments in a computerized EHR for 30 providers Work Check-in/Check-out desk Collect copayments and deductibles from clients, write out receipts and give change Schedule follow up appointments for clients checking out Scanning of records Reminder calls Confirm Drug Rep lunches Restock marketing brochures, business cards & client resources as needed Help mail out statements once a month Fax provider PCP forms Type up letters Other duties as needed Job Type:
