Parts Manger Tennies ACE Hardware is the authorized warranty center for Briggs Stratton, Kohler, Kawasaki, Honda, Echo, MTD, Simplicity Manufacturing, Stihl & Toro Power Equipment.
We sell Small Engine Parts over the counter and ship parts to customers throughout the United States.
Position Summary This position is responsible for internet order entry, receiving , stocking, packing, shipping and inventory of OEM parts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Helping customers look up small engine parts through Parts Smart software System.
Stock Parts/Pick Parts/ Pack Parts/ Ship Parts Maintains positive working relationships and interactions with co-workers in the parts department and shop.
Part Time/Full Time Positions Keeps work station and equipment clean and clear.
Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual will demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate and interact, in a positive manner, with all Company personnel, customers.
The ability to look up parts using a computer with Parts Smart Software and completing the sale.
The ability to order and check in parts into our inventory system.
Education, Certification and License:
High school diploma or equivalent is required; Valid driver's license with good driving record is required.
Experience:
A minimum of 1-3 years of over the counter sales experience preferred but not required.
We are willing to train the right candidate with mechanical background and positive attitude.
Requirements:
Computer skills and ability to update computerized work orders and systems.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Ability to problem-solve and quickly identify solutions.
Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is helpful.
Physical Requirements:
Stands for long periods of time throughout the day.
Continuously squats, stoops, or kneels and lifts objects from ground.
Able to lift weight of up to 50 pounds.
Occasionally carries and pushes/pulls weights of up to 40 pounds or more Job Type:
