This starting position offers many opportunities for advancement within our company, and we are looking for motivated team players who enjoy working with people, have a good eye for detail, and like working around nice cars.
Starting pay is $25 per hour, which is made up of a base hourly rate of $15 plus cash tip share daily, and 10% commission on detailing work completed ($10-$20 per job).
Starting hourly wage is negotiable depending on previous experience.
